The architect has prepared the Certificate of Substantial Completion. The work is substantially complete in accordance with the contract documents.
Recommendation
That the work performed by Magnum Builders of Sarasota, Inc. for the Lamarque Elementary School - Miscellaneous Work Summer 2007 project be accepted as substantially complete as of 10/1/2007.
